    Universal Semantic Code

    The Universal Semantic Code (USC) is the semantic language for knowledge representation. It is based on the set of semantic primitives, which are normalized to unambiguously represent the knowledge and are organized in the regular structure. The USC patterns have an interpretation within the formal algebra described below.
